pork tenderloin brined with honey, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, pepper
then braised with lemon slices, garlic, butter

spinach, blueberries, strawberries, toasted almond slivers, cucumbers, manchego, lemon & evoo

russet potatoes grated with scallions

steamed broccoli
