brined & marinated pork tenderloin, garlic, soy, rice vinegar, ginger, scallions, honey, olive oil, limes

salad- fuji apples, carrots, cabbage, sun flower sprouts, mung bean sprouts, roasted peanuts, roasted sun flower seeds

dressing- soy, nam pla, jalapeno, garlic, lime, sugar, cilantro
