raw tomato gazpacho, chili stuffed zucchini, croque monsieur


gazpacho- pureed tomatoes, corn, celery leaf, parsley, braggs, evoo
served warm

zucchini spears filled with salsa, cilantro, black beans, monterrey jack
all done on the grill

croque monsieur-challah bread, emmantaler, chicken, monterrey jack
finished under the broiler
